04 · Possibilities
Employers in the Netherlands have three possibilities
Which route fits best depends on the role, the nationality and the structure of your organisation. We advise you on that in advance, free of charge.
Through the EU Intra Corporate Transfer program
The EUICT regulates residence permits on EU level due to transfers of managers, specialists and trainees of international group companies.
Through the Knowledge Migrants program
This program can be used for non-EU employees who will be employed by the applying Dutch entity, which must be a recognised sponsor at the IND.
Through the Dutch GVVA program
GVVA is an abbreviation of Gecombineerde Vergunning voor Verblijf en Arbeid, in English: Combined Permit for Residence and Labour.
Specific arrangements
