What data we process
When you complete the contact form, we process your name, email address and, if you provide them, your organisation and telephone number, together with the content of your message. We use these details solely to answer your question and, if an assignment follows from it, to carry that out.
Permit applications
For a permit application we process the data and documents required by the IND, the UWV or a municipality. We share these only with those authorities, in the context of your application.
Retention
Messages sent via the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your question. Files of completed assignments are kept for as long as the statutory retention period requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, for correction or for deletion. Send a message to info@bajapa.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
