Advice on the route
We look at your situation and advise which scheme has the best chance of success. This first advice is free of charge.
Collecting information and paperwork
We draw up the list of required documents and keep track of what is still missing.
Verification
We check whether the documentation meets the applicable conditions, before the application is filed.
Preparation and filing
We prepare the application and file it with the IND or the UWV.
Appeal procedure if necessary
If the application is rejected, we run the objection and appeal procedure at no extra cost.
Confirmation of the permit
We only close the file once the permit has been definitively issued and confirmed.
Guarantee
No cure, no pay
If the application for your permit is not approved in last resort, we will return your payment. We will confirm this in writing. This guarantees that we will make a maximum effort to help you get your permit.
